Watch-Only Service

Ghost Ledger is a read-only portfolio tracker. It does not execute trades, hold custody of any assets, or access private keys or seed phrases.

License

By using Ghost Ledger, you receive a non-transferable right to use the application for personal or business purposes.

Restrictions

Reproduction, redistribution, or reverse engineering of the application is prohibited.

Support & Updates

Product updates are available to all users, including the free version. Pro subscribers receive priority support for the duration of the active subscription.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate subscriptions that violate these terms. Upon termination, Pro features will be revoked; any holdings stored on your device remain unaffected.

Free Version & Pro Subscription

Ghost Ledger is available as a free version and as a paid Pro subscription:

• The free version requires no payment and no account. It covers up to three manually entered holdings and is not time-limited.
• Pro removes that limit and adds read-only exchange API connections, tracking of any crypto address, the Apple Watch and Wear OS apps, and priority support.
• Pro pricing: €3.99/month or €29.99/year (or as displayed in the store at the time of purchase). Prices are shown including VAT where applicable.
• Pro subscriptions renew automatically. Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period to avoid renewal.
• Billing is processed by Google Play (Android) or Apple (iOS). We do not store payment details.
• Cancellation is managed in your store account settings: Google Play subscriptions · Apple subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled according to the store's policies (Google Play / Apple). Refund eligibility is at the platform's discretion.

Price and market data is sourced from third-party APIs (e.g. CoinGecko). We make no warranty regarding accuracy, completeness or availability of this data. Ghost Ledger is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Ghost Ledger after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Paphos, Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.
